Hello Matayo,

I contact you for the low-tech lab, a French organization that documents and spreads useful, sustainable and accessible technologies. More precisely, we are interested in all kind of technologies that improve human’s conditions and respect the planet and the biodiversity. Therefore, I believe we share similar goals. On this way we came to travel across the world to discover, and document technologies that deserve to be better known on a collaborative plateform in different languages.

We are currently planning a field survey called Agami across the African continent. We are working in collaboration with Karenjy, a Malagasy car company, who lend us a 4x4 car “made in Madagascar”: the Mazana II. Our plan is to drive from Madagascar to France all along the Ouest coast of Africa, starting in August 2020.

We came across your activities and found them particularly inspiring. We would like to diffuse your example to inspire people to take similar actions that positively impact their immediate environment. We would like to visit you during our trip in order to understand better your activities and how you managed to build a socially and environmentally sound structure.

As we drive a car, we are particularly interested in alternatives fuels and you seem to be a reference in South Africa concerning biodiesel and the development of decentralized production. Sadly, I can't get access to your website to get more information. I would be very interested to talk with you in order to have some more information concerning your activities, the kind of biodiesel you have, the quality and the technique you are using. We are thinking about having a try in our vehicle for a short time, but we need a bit more information for that.

When would you be available for a skype/ phone call, to discuss how we can collaborate?

I hope to hear from you very soon and wish you the best for 2020,

Regards,

Camille Ladreyt
